Sunset Mesa/Pacific View Estates are near the Getty Villa, beach, and ocean. Sunset Mesa is set up on a hill. Mostly consisting of one-story homes of modest size, the Pacific Palisades real estate is priced from $1.4 million to $2.2 million. Pacific View Estates has larger homes starting at $1.8 million.
